My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to downtown Providence and tourist attractions, but the room had a noticeable unpleasant odor that detracted from the otherwise nice view. The service was friendly, though there were some issues with billing. Dining options were limited, and I was disappointed by the lack of accessibility and affordability. Overall, an average stay with both positives and negatives.

The room overlooked the Water Fire Canal and had a distinct odor similar to dirty gym socks. Despite the nice view by the mall, the soundproofing was lacking.

The hotel had a spotless room with a lovely view overlooking the Capitol and downtown; however, it was very loud at night from traffic outside and people in hallways. The service was awesome and the staff was really warm, but we were put off with me. The location was super-convenient to downtown restaurants and attractions, but we would have opted for a regular room if we had known. The dining experience was more like a rushed meal in a Starbucks store, and you have to pay $15 per person. The price might not be ideal, given the extra expenses and room noise.

The service was warm and inviting overall. However, I had an issue with a staff member who refused to let me on the elevator because he wasn't wearing a mask.

Although breakfast was not included and seemed a bit expensive, I enjoyed the European bread served. Dining options were limited.
